The Site Terms apply exclusively to your access and/or use of this Web Site and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with ManageMyTaxBusiness.com its affiliates or partners (“Company”).
Company values its customers' privacy. Please make sure you review the Privacy Statement section of this Website so that you may understand how Company collects and uses information.
MODIFICATION OF SITE TERMS
Company reserves the right to modify, change and/or amend the Site Terms (these Terms and Conditions and/or one, more or all of the additional terms and policies reference above) from time to time. The right to modify, change and/or amend the Site Terms is exclusive to and within the sole and exclusive discretion of Company.
If the Site Terms are changed, modified and/or amended, Company will post the new terms on this Website and the "last updated" date relevant to the terms and conditions containing the change will be changed. Any changes, modifications and/or amendments will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms to this Website. By agreeing to these Site Terms you are also agreeing that the posting of any such changes constitutes notice to you of the changes, modifications and/or additions and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review these Site Terms (and each of the components thereof) each time you visit or use this Website.
If you do not agree with any change, modification or amendment Company may make to the Site Terms you may withdraw your consent to and agreement to be bound to them by notifying Company in writing immediately. If you withdraw your consent, however, you must immediately discontinue your use of your account and this Website. Your account will be deactivated and you and will no longer be eligible to use this Website or order further products or services from Company. If your account is deactivated, this will not affect your responsibility for payment of jobs already competed and/or in production.
Company may from time to time elect, in its sole discretion, to notify you of changes to its Site Terms and policies via additional means such as e-mail (in addition to posting the changes to this Website). The fact that on one or more occasions Company has elected to notify you via such additional means does constitute an agreement of any kind by Company that it will do so in the future; the posting of modifications, changes and/or amendments to this Website remains effective notice of such modifications, changes and/or amendments.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement and consent that Company may communicate with you electronically for all purposes. This includes all legal and notice requirements. Such electronic communications may take the form of postings to this Website and/or e-mails forwarded to the e-mail address you provide when you register with Company. Your may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communication at any time, but if you withdraw your consent it will only be effective prospectively (not for jobs already ordered or in production). Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to use this Website to order further products or services from Company. If your account is deactivated, you will remain responsible for payment of print jobs already competed or in production.
This electronic document, together with any other electronic documents, policies and guidelines incorporated herein, as well as any e-mail communication with you, will be deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and shall comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing. All such electronic documents shall be legally enforceable as a signed writing against the parties subject to the electronic documents. They shall be deemed an "original" when printed from electronic records that have been established and maintained in the ordinary course of business. Electronic documents that are established and maintained in the ordinary course of business shall be admissible in judicial, arbitration, mediation or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other records in written form that are similarly established and maintained in the ordinary course of business.
SITE USE
You are being provided with a limited license to use this Website and Site Content solely for the purpose of assessing the product and service offerings on the Website, and placing orders for the products and services offered by Company via this Website. You are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under a patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of Company or any third party. You may not use any meta-tags or other "hidden text" utilizing Company's name or trademarks without Company's express written consent. Unless you receive Company's express written consent, you may not:

- resell or make any other commercial use of this Website (or any portion thereof), or the Site Content;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert into a readable format, any part of this Website or its underlying HTML or other code (except as it may be interpreted and displayed by web browser for purposes of using the Website).
- copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any Site Content (including any Company trademarks) in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise;
- make a derivative use of the Website and/or any Site Content; or
- utilize data mining, gathering or extraction methods such as bots, spiders, or other automated tools (whether directly or indirectly) to collect information from the Website or any user of the Website.
- An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
- The product is lost, delayed or returned to Company due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
- Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
- Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
- Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. Company does not make any changes on customer files.
- Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
- Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Company does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
- An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Company is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
- Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
- Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
- Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.
- A customer’s violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of Company’s website and/or ordering of product.
- Viruses, worms, trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using Company’s standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.
- Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by Company.
- Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
- The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.
- An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
- The product is lost, delayed or returned to Company due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. You agree to abide by these Site Terms and not to use the products and services offered by Company for any improper, illegal, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of improper solicitation.
Company may terminate this license and your use of or access to this Website if you make or permit any unauthorized use of this Website or the information, Site Content, services, products and materials contained in or offered through this Website. Such actions by you may also violate applicable law including, without limitation, copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to have all violators prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Registration
In order to take advantage of the full functionality of this Website and to order products and services it will be necessary for you to register and establish a membership account with Company. In the event that updated, new, additional and/or enhanced features are added to this Website, previously registered users will not generally be required to re-register, however, you may be required to re-acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and/or other terms and conditions that may accompany these new features, updates and/or enhancements.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) as requested during the registration process. You also agree to update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current.
Not all products and services on this website are available to all customers. The products and services available to you will depend on your overall relationship with us, as measured by our partner program. You agree that when you access and use this website, you are only entitled to order those products and services that are available within the partner level you are assigned to at that time.
As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and password. If you believe your User ID/password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it by logging on to your account and then following the instructions for changing your password. You agree that you will immediately notify Company in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user ID and password.
Customer Provided Content
For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to Company for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Company you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Company and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent, partners and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Company in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
Company does not maintain Customer Content indefinitely. Customer Content uploaded to the Website with an associated order will be kept on file for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. At the end of that time it may be deleted and irretrievable. Please note that Customer Content uploaded to Company cannot be used to re-order an additional print job; it is only maintained for reprint purposes.
You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to Company any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of Company and/or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.
You acknowledge that Company does not pre-screen Customer Content, but that Company reserves the right to do so at any time and that Company and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates these Site Terms or that may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Company may preserve Customer Content and may also disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Company, its employees, users and the public in general.
Regardless of the upload of Customer Content to this Website, and/or the inclusion of Customer Content into any product or service offered through this Website, Company, retains all of its rights in and to all Site Content on this Website, whether created by, for or on behalf of Company.
Use of Design Tools
The design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, such as a sign, emblem or logo, you do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Website that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of Company (or the licensor if applicable) and will remain freely available to other Company customers. Your use of the Site Content provided on this Website and/or the creation of products or materials using such Site Content does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, works made for hire, or any other interest of any kind, with Company in or regarding such Site Content.
It is solely your responsibility to determine whether any design you may create using the design tools made available to you by Company, infringes, or may be subject to a claim of infringement upon the trademark, copyright, or other rights of a third party. You should consult with an attorney as to whether a design you create may infringe upon the rights of another party.
This site may contain links to websites that are owned and/or operated by third parties, and that are not under the control of Company. These links are provided only as a convenience. Company does not evaluate, review, monitor, or endorse the content of such sites and is not responsible in anyway for the information, services, products or other materials available on or offered by such sites, the accuracy of the content on such sites, and /or the privacy, security and safety practices of such sites. You expressly understand and agree that if you access any such sites through a link provided by Company then you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Uploaded Content Requirements
We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Company for print fulfillment is:
At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which Company does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
Designed in CMYK and uploaded to Company in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Company is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).
Color Quality
Company guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears on your monitor. Company is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. Company is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.
Production Turnaround Time.
Company's standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.
Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.
For your convenience, depending on the product ordered, Company offers a variety of different production turnaround times. Not all of the following turnaround times are offered on every product; the available turnaround times will be listed with product as part of the order process.
Rush Production -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 12:00 AM CST will be ready by the end of the next business day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 12:00 AM CST will be treated as having been received before 12:00 AM CST the following business day.
2-4 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 3:00 PM CST will be ready between 3:00 PM CST the second business day after receipt and 3:00 PM CST on the fourth business day after receipt.
5-7 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 3:00 PM CST will be ready between 3:00 PM CST the fifth day after receipt and 3:00 PM CST on the seventh day after receipt.Please note: – Turnaround times for jobs that Company does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) will not begin until the job is approved and ready for production.
Over/Under Runs
Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Company reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run. If an exact quantity is an absolute necessity please contact one of customer service representatives.
Order Approval/ Proofing
Company has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if a Company customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that Company will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their "as submitted" form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Company DOES NOT make any changes on customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Company will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.
Company does not provide proofs of any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof then it is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc).
If a proof is requested, then your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof in writing. Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time.
Promotions, Special Offers and Discount Coupons
From time to time Company may offer promotions and special offers identified by a Coupon Code. Each Coupon Code will have different requirements and rewards. Typically, you will receive a Coupon or an email that contains the Coupon Code. If you receive a Coupon or email that contains a Coupon Code, please read it carefully -- all requirements stated in the Coupon or email must be met in order to receive or take advantage of the promotion or special offer. Unless otherwise stated all Coupon Codes are limited to one-time use and are limited to current Company account holders in good standing.
Promotions and special offers may be limited to certain account holders (e.g., they may be limited to loyalty levels or the terms may vary by loyalty level).
To take advantage of a promotion or special offer, enter the Coupon Code in the applicable field when placing an order. Not all products are eligible for promotions and special offers. If a Coupon Code does not function when entered, it means the product at issue does not qualify for the promotion or special offer; this determination is final.
A Coupon Code may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward offered by Company (including Rewards Points redemption). If you enter a Coupon Code or take advantage of a promotion, special offer, discount or reward (including Coupon Codes issued for Rewards Points redemption), you will not be able to enter another Coupon Code or take advantage of any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward.
Coupon Codes only apply to products ordered through Company’s website; they may not be used in conjunction with the purchase of products sold by or under the brands of third parties (including, Company affiliates, partners and/or websites linked to any existing Company website).
Coupon Codes cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges. If the promotion or special offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.
If a promotion or special offer is for a defined amount (e.g. $10.00 off) and applies to a multiple- item order (e.g., multiple sets of business cards), it will be allocated to each eligible item based on the proportion of the item's value to the total value of all eligible items, excluding shipping and handling, taxes and other charges. Certain items may not be eligible for the promotion and will not be included in the calculation.
Promotions and special offers are only valid for a limited time. They will expire on the date or within the timeframe specified in the offer. If no date or timeframe is specified, a promotion or special offer is valid until the end of the month in which the Coupon Code is first eligible for use.
Coupon Codes (and the Coupons or emails that contain them) are not for resale, have no independent cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.
Coupon Codes will not be retroactively applied against orders already placed with Company.
If a Coupon Code is used and the entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in the order then, subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, you will be refunded only the actual amount paid. The coupon code will no longer be valid.
If only part of your order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, then subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, the relevant discount or promotion will be applied to the item(s) that are kept. The foregoing notwithstanding, under no circumstances will a promotion or special offer of any kind be applied to create a credit balance. If the balance of a partially canceled, rejected or returned order is less than the value of the promotion or special offer, the promotion or special offer will be applied to the outstanding balance (not including shipping and handling, taxes and other charges). The balance of the promotion or special offer is void, and the Coupon Code will no longer be valid.
Company reserves the right to discontinue a promotion or special offer or coupon at any time and with immediate effect.
Payment
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Company presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
In order for you to register with and order products and services from Company it is necessary for you to provide and keep on file a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting a credit card number to Company you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it. You agree that in the event the credit card information you have provided becomes invalid, out of date or that you are no longer authorized to use the card, you will immediately provide another credit card number that is valid, authentic and current, and which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Company customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our Website. This may affect to your estimated delivery date.
Unless Company agrees otherwise, all product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order and accompanied by an authorization to charge a credit card on file with Company or to charge a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use, that you provide at the time of the order. (If new credit card information is provided at the time of the order it will be added to the credit card information kept on file; Company will not assume that previously provided credit card information is not valid). If a charge against a credit card you provide is not authorized or accepted, or is subsequently refused or rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.
In the event that Company and you have agreed upon an alternative method of payment and the payment is not received within 5 business days of the date on which payment was due you hereby irrevocably agree that Company may charge one or more of the credit card(s) you have on file for the full amount of your outstanding account balance.
Order Cancellation
A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Company Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through a customer service representative.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Copyright Ownership. This Website, the Website layout and design, and all Website page themes and skins are the property of Company and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All content of the Website, including without limitation, HTML text, graphics, other files, code, software layout, designs, forms, templates, artwork, photographs, images, document layouts, text, fonts, music, software tools, tax software, training and other information, either alone and/or as compilation thereof (collectively, the ‘Site Content"), constitutes the copyrighted property of Company or of those parties from whom Company has licensed such property, and is protected by United States, international and other laws. Company reserves all rights in and to this Website and the Site Content worldwide. Your use of this Website and/or any Site Content does not convey to you or any other person an interest of any kind to the Site Content. Company reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the Site Content at any time without prior notice.
Trademarks. "MyTaxBusiness," "ManageMyTaxBusiness," and their respective designs and/or logos, are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Company. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks and/or trade dress of Company, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Company. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
Restrictions on Use. Except as expressly stated in the Site Terms, none of the materials and Intellectual Property described herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Company, or the respective intellectual property owner. Any use of Site Content -- including any commercial use, reproduction for purposes other than as permitted under these Site Terms, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance -- without the prior written permission of Company is strictly prohibited.
Software. Any software, including any files, images incorporated into or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively "Software"), that may be made available on or through this Website is licensed to you by Company on a non-exclusive and limited basis solely for the purpose of creating and ordering print products or services from Company. Company does and shall retain full and complete title and all intellectual property rights to such Software. You shall not copy, distribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works from any such Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS WEBSITE AND THE INFORMATION, SITE CONTENT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This information may be yours or that of someone else. If it belongs to someone else, we will assume that this person has authorized you to forward this data to Company. Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy- Last updated: August 26, 2011
We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with ManageMyTaxBusiness.com its affiliates and partners (“Company”) the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Customer Service Department and a Company representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job.
If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements please contact Company, IN WRITING via the online support system, within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met our obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:
1. We will reprint the print job with rush production.
2. We will refund the original order price.We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.
A Customer Service representative will generally contact you within 24-48 hours of us making the determination that a reprint or refund is appropriate in order to confirm the approved solution. If you do not make contact with our representative within five (5) business days of their first attempt to contact you with the approved solution we will assume that the issue has been otherwise resolved and no reprint or refund will be given. Once the approved solution is agreed then, unless we agree otherwise, you must return the entire original print order to us, at the address provided by our Customer Service representative, within 15 calendar days after the date the solution is approved. If you do not return it within this time frame you agree that the original order will be charged against your credit card on file with Company.
A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless we agree otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to and received by us.
When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order.
A reprint will begin rush production within one (1) business day of our confirmed receipt of the product or such earlier time as we may agree to.
The forgoing is Company’s sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.
The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
- An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
- The product is lost, delayed or returned to Company due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
- Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
- Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
- Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. Company does not make any changes on customer files.
- Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
- Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Company does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
- An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Company is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
- Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
- Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
- Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.

A customer’s violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of Company’s website and/or ordering of product.

Viruses, worms, trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using Company’s standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.

Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by Company.

Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.

Shipping & Delivery

ManageMyTaxBusiness.com and its affiliates and partners (“Company”) ships all packages via UPS. Our standard shipping level is UPS Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by UPS as they may vary from time to time. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer's personal account with UPS or any other carrier.
The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guaranty a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.
We have partners owned production sites located across the U.S. and your job will generally be allocated to provide the most efficient shipping based on your chosen delivery location. Certain product offerings, however, require production at a specific production site and the shipping time and charges will be calculated based on that location.
If you select a shipping service level other than UPS Ground the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or some other UPS special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that UPS is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by UPS within the UPS time frames given. UPS Ground is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time.
Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you selected during the order process. Add the turnaround time and estimated shipping time together to estimate the actual delivery date.
If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on UPS Ground delivery.
Company will not ship to a destination outside of the United States.
Other than for certain limited business card orders, our shipping process cannot generally accommodate the aggregation of multiple print orders for shipping purposes; each discrete product ordered will be shipped separately, will require a separate shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date to other products you have ordered. If you are ordering multiple products, it is possible that these may also require different production sites and the estimated shipping time may vary for each separate product. If you are ordering a specially priced package of products, there will be only one shipping charge incurred, however, the individual products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If the receipt of multiple products is time sensitive please plan accordingly as we cannot guaranty that multiple product orders will be received on the same delivery date.
We cannot split a single order for shipment to two different addresses. If you need the same product to go to more than one destination you must make a separate order for the quantity needed for each destination. Note that depending on the location of each destination, each order may be processed at a different production site and may have different estimated delivery times; please plan accordingly.
Orders that exceed size or weight limitations for the selected delivery level may be divided into multiple boxes. Your order conformation and/or product tracking information will reflect the number boxes you can expect for your order. If your order is divided into multiple boxes, each box will incur a separate shipping charge and we cannot guaranty that all of the boxes will be received on the same day.
Because UPS does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses.
Please verify that your payment information has been correctly entered. Shipments may be delayed because of improper credit card information and we are not responsible for any delay or loss associated with improper information.
Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.
If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from UPS, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of UPS to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.
If, after placing an order, you wish to change the shipping address you may do so up until the time the order is out for delivery. Each time that you request that we intercept and transport an order to a new shipping address (i.e., other than the one currently chosen) you will incur an administrative fee of at least eleven dollars ($11.00) as well as any increases in the shipping fees and other charges UPS may impose. You consent to these fees and charges being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.
We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule and delivery date for your order. However, equipment failures, technical problems, shipping delays and other problems beyond our control may delay the printing and delivery process. Under such circumstances rush charges and other production fees may be waived or refunded as applicable, however, such delays are not grounds for cancellation of an order. By placing an order with Company you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address UPS will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. This constitutes an acceptance of responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise in connection with any print order or services provided.

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your email address or username and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

- Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
- Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
- Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

Track Shipments
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in online to My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers.
Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.
To receive a tracking number or shipment status on orders placed over the phone, please call a customer service representative or email Customer Support.
Invoices
An invoice will be emailed to you when you place an order. If you paid via Credit Card, Check or Wire Transfer, the invoice will be marked as $0.00 due.

Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
- To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that reads “Account Information”.
- To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that reads “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
- To subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
